90.—(1) Article 140 is amended as follows. E+W+S

(2) In paragraph 1, omit point (c) and the “; and” before it.

(3) In paragraph 2—

(a) omit points (b), (c) and (d);

(b) in point (e), omit “for synchronous areas other than CE,”.
