24.—(1) Article 39 is amended as follows.E+W+S
(2) In the second subparagraph of paragraph 1, for “relevant regulatory authority in accordance with Article 37 of Directive 2009/72” substitute “ regulatory authority ”.
(3) In the third subparagraph of paragraph 1, for “A Member State or, where applicable, a regulatory authority,” substitute “ The Secretary of State or, where applicable, the regulatory authority, ”.
