SCHEDULE 2 Amendments to the Emergency and Restoration Regulation

25.—(1) Article 40 is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 2, omit point (a).

(3) In paragraph 4—

(a) omit point (a);

(b) for point (b), substitute—

“(b) to the regulatory authority;”.
