Amendment to the Energy Information Regulations 2011 U.K.

2.  Paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Energy Information Regulations 2011 M1 is amended as follows—

(a) after the entry relating to household lamps insert—

“Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 874/2012 supplementing Directive 2010/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to energy labelling of electrical lamps and luminaires

The dates set out in Article 9 and 10 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 874/2012”.

(b) after the entry relating to household electric ovens insert—

“Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 65/2014 supplementing Directive 2010/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to the energy labelling of domestic ovens and range hoods

The dates set out in Article 10 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 65/2014”.
