Amendments to the Storage of Carbon Dioxide (Licensing etc.) Regulations 2010U.K.
5.—(1) The Storage of Carbon Dioxide (Licensing etc.) Regulations 2010 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 6(3)(h) (applications for a storage permit), for the words after “implementing” substitute “ Article 5 of Directive 2011/92/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 December 2011 on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment M1 ”.
(3) In paragraph 7(5)(d) of Schedule 2, for “9(5)” substitute “ 10(5) ”.
