Amendment of Regulation (EC) No 300/2008

26. In point 4.1—
(a)for points (a) and (b) of paragraph 2 substitute—
“(a)they arrive from a domestic airport; or
(b)they arrive from any other airport designated by the appropriate authority.”;
(b)for points (c) and (d) of paragraph 3 substitute—
“(c)they arrive from a domestic airport; or
(d)they arrive from any other airport designated by the appropriate authority.”.

Explanatory Memorandum
Explanatory Memorandum sets out a brief statement of the purpose of a Statutory Instrument and provides information about its policy objective and policy implications. They aim to make the Statutory Instrument accessible to readers who are not legally qualified and accompany any Statutory Instrument or Draft Statutory Instrument laid before Parliament from June 2004 onwards.
