CHAPTER 1 U.K.Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market

Chapter 4 U.K.

6.—(1) Chapter 4 is amended as follows.

(2) For Article 58 substitute—

“Article 58 U.K.Placing on the market and use of adjuvants

1.   An adjuvant must not be placed on the market or used in a constituent territory unless it has been authorised in that territory in accordance with Schedule 2 to the Plant Protection Products Regulations 2011 M1 F1 ... .

2.   The appropriate authority may, by regulations, make provision regarding the authorisation of adjuvants including (but not limited to) data requirements, notification, evaluation, assessment and decision making procedures.”.
