2. The list of products in Parts A and B of Annex 1 to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 as it had effect immediately before [F1IP completion day] is taken to be the list of products established by each competent authority in relation to its constituent territory in accordance with Article 4(1) of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005.
