Existing list of active substances in Annex 4 to Regulation (EC) No 396/20055
The list of active substances in Annex 4 to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 as it had effect immediately before exit day is taken to be the list of active substances established by each competent authority in relation to its constituent territory in accordance with Article 5(1) of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005.
