Subject to paragraph (2) and article 7 (consent to transfer benefit of the Order), the provisions of this Order have effect solely for the benefit of Millbrook Power Limited.

Paragraph (1) does not apply to—
a
numbered works 5, 6 and 7 for which development consent is granted by this Order for the benefit of Millbrook Power Limited and National Grid Electricity; and
b
numbered works 3A for which development consent is granted by this Order for the benefit of Millbrook Power Limited and National Grid Gas.
