60.—(1) Wherever in this Part of this Schedule provision is made with respect to the approval or consent of Covanta, that approval or consent shall be in writing (and subject to such reasonable terms and conditions as Covanta may require), but shall not be unreasonably withheld.E+W+S
(2) In the event that Covanta does not respond in writing to a request for approval or consent within 28 days of receipt of such a request, Covanta is deemed to have given its consent (without any terms or conditions).
