Amendment to regulation 15

24.  In regulation 15—

(a) in the words before paragraph (a), for “waste management plan” substitute “UK Plan”;

(b) in paragraph (a), for “that plan” substitute “the UK Plan”;

(c) in paragraph (b), for “that plan” substitute “the UK Plan”.
