Amendment to regulation 167
In regulation 16 as it forms part of the law of each of Northern Ireland and Scotland, for “Paragraph 4(1)(b) of Schedule 4 to the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994” substitute “Paragraph 6(1)(c) of Schedule 4 to the Waste Management Licensing (Scotland) Regulations 20117”.
