31.  In Article 27—

(a) in paragraph 1—

(i) in point (b), omit the words from “or mark” to the end of point (b);

(ii) in point (d), for the words from “, where required” to the end substitute “ of the equine animal; ”;

(b) in paragraph 2—

(i) in the words before point (a), for “Member State” substitute “ constituent territory of [F1 Great Britain] ”;

(ii) in point (a), for “Member State where the holding is located” substitute “ United Kingdom ”;

[F2 (iii) in point (b), in the words before point (i), for the words from “the Member State where” to “Member” substitute “Great Britain from a member”;]

(c) in paragraph 3—
