26.—(1) Section 44B (provision of information in respect of fitness to practise matters)(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1), omit “, other than Schedule 2A,”.
(3) In subsection (2)—
(a)in paragraph (a), omit “, other than Schedule 2A,”;
(b)in paragraph (b), omit “otherwise than by virtue of Schedule 2A,”.
(4) Omit subsection (3).
