Coming into force

The Commissioners for Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs have been designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 M1 in relation to traceability of, and security features for, tobacco and tobacco products M2.

The Commissioners for Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs make these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972.
