There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Fertilisers and Ammonium Nitrate Material (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Section 1.
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Fertilisers and Ammonium Nitrate Material (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.
(2) They come into force as follows—
(a)as regards this Part and Part 2, on the day after the day on which they are made;
(b)as regards the remainder, on exit day.
