Amendments to the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988

14.  In section 154(1) (qualification by reference to author)(1)—

(a) in paragraph (a), omit “a national of another EEA state,”;

(b) in paragraphs (b) and (c), omit “or another EEA state”.
