Commencement of the ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida (United Nations Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 20199.

(1)

The following provisions of the ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida (United Nations Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 20199 come into force on 25th March 2019—

(a)

regulation 1 (citation and commencement);

(b)

regulation 2 (interpretation);

(c)

regulation 4 (purposes);

(d)

regulation 5 (designation of persons named by the Security Council).

(2)

All provisions of the ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida (United Nations Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 not mentioned in paragraph (1) come into force on exit day.
