1. The repeals of section 3(4) of the European Communities (Amendment) Act 1986, section 1(2) of the European Communities (Amendment) Act 1993, section 2 of the European Union (Accessions) Act 1994, section 2 of the European Communities (Amendment) Act 1998 and section 3 of the European Communities (Amendment) Act 2002, which approved matters in accordance with the requirements of section 6 of the European Parliamentary Elections Act 1978 M1, have no effect on the validity of anything done, or omitted to be done, in relation to the matters approved.
