123.—(1) In article 6 (sums paid by certain persons) paragraph (1)(a) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (i) omit “, the central bank of an EEA State other than the United Kingdom, or the European Central Bank”.
(3) Omit paragraph (x)(1).
