Article 35 (international securities self-regulating organisations)

129.—(1) In article 35 (international securities self-regulating organisations) paragraph (3) is amended as follows.

(2) In sub-paragraph (ba)(1) omit “an EEA central counterparty (as defined in section 285(1)(c) of the Act) or”.

(3) In sub-paragraph (bb)(2) omit “an EEA CSD (as defined in section 285(1)(f) of the Act) or”.
