141.—(1) Article 60H M1 (exempt agreements: exemptions relating to the nature of the borrower) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (1)(b)(ii) M2 omit sub-paragraph (bb) and the preceding “or”.

(3) Omit paragraph (2) M3 .
