Article 61 (regulated mortgage contracts) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (3)(a)(ii) M1 omit “in the EEA”.

In paragraph (4), after sub-paragraph (a) insert—

aa

“land”—

i

in relation to a contract entered into before F1IP completion day, means land in the United Kingdom or within the territory of an EEA State;

ii

in relation to a contract entered into on or after F1IP completion day, means land in the United Kingdom.
