Article 61 (regulated mortgage contracts) U.K.

145.—(1) Article 61 (regulated mortgage contracts) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (3)(a)(ii) M1 omit “in the EEA”.

(3) In paragraph (4), after sub-paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) “land”—

(i) in relation to a contract entered into before [F1 IP completion day], means land in the United Kingdom or within the territory of an EEA State;

(ii) in relation to a contract entered into on or after [F1 IP completion day], means land in the United Kingdom.”.
