184.—(1) The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Control of Business Done at Lloyd's) Order 2001 M1 is amended as follows.

(2) In article 3(a) for “114A” substitute “ 113 ”.

(3) In article 4(a) for “an EEA State” substitute “ the United Kingdom [F1 or Gibraltar] ”.

(4) In article 5—

(a) omit paragraph (2);

(b) in paragraph (2A) for “Paragraphs 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Part 1 of Schedule 12” substitute “ Paragraph 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 12 ”.
