Amendment of Appendix 1 to Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012

225.—(1) Appendix 1 is amended as follows.

(2) In the heading, for “EASA Form 1” substitute “CAA Form 1”.

(3) In “EASA Form 1”—

(a) in box 1, for “Approving Competent Authority/Country” substitute “CAA/UK”;

(b) in box 2, for “EASA Form 1” substitute “CAA Form 1”;

(c) at the end, for “EASA Form 1-21 Issue 2” substitute “CAA Form 1-21 Issue 1”.

(4) In the “Instructions for the use of EASA Form 1”—

(a) in the heading, for “EASA Form 1” substitute “CAA Form 1”;

(b) in the paragraph which begins “These instructions relate”, in both places the words occur, for “EASA Form 1” substitute “CAA Form 1”;

(c) in paragraph 2.6, omit “, and if appropriate, in one or more other languages”;

(d) in paragraph 5—

(i) in the instructions for Block 1, omit the paragraph which begins “State the name”;

(ii) in the instructions for Block 2, in both places the words occur, for “EASA Form 1” substitute “CAA Form 1”;

(iii) in the instructions for Block 4, for “EASA Form 55” substitute “CAA Form 55”;

(iv) in the instructions for Block 12, in both places the words occur, for “EASA Form 1” substitute “CAA Form 1”;

(v) in the instructions for Block 13c, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
