(a)in the first box, for the words from “Member State of the Competent Authority” to “issued by EASA” substitute “United Kingdom”;
(b)for “in all Member States” substitute “in the United Kingdom”;
(c)for “non-Member” substitute “other”;
(d)at the end, for “EASA Form 20b” substitute “CAA Form 20b”.
