Amendment of Appendix 9 to Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012

233.—(1) Appendix 9 (EASA Form 53) is amended as follows.

(2) At the end of the form, for “EASA Form 53” substitute “CAA Form 53”.

(3) In the “completion instructions”, in each place the words occur (including the heading), for “EASA Form 53” substitute “CAA Form 53”.
