252.—(1) Section A, Subpart G (continuing airworthiness management organisation) is amended as follows.

(2) In points M.A.702 and M.A.703, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(3) In point M.A.704—

(a)in point (b), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(b)in point (c), for the words from “competent authority” to the end substitute “CAA”.

(4) In points M.A.706, M.A.707(b) and M.A.708(b)(2), in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(5) In point M.A.710—

(a)in point (a)(10), for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;

(b)in point (e), in both places the words occur, for “EASA Form” substitute “CAA Form”;
