Amendment of Subpart I of Section A of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014

254.—(1) Section A, Subpart I (airworthiness review certificate) is amended as follows.

(2) In point M.A.901—

(a) in point (a), for “EASA Form 15a” substitute “CAA Form 15a”;

(b) in points (d) and (f) to (j), in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(c) in point (l)—

(i) in point (1)(f), in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(ii) in point (5), for “EASA Form 15c” substitute “CAA Form 15c”;

(iii) in point (6), for the words from “competent authority” to “aircraft” substitute “CAA”;

(iv) in point (7), for the words “competent authority of the Member State of Registry” substitute “CAA”.

(3) In point M.A.902—

(4) Omit point M.A.903.
