Amendment of the Appendices to Annex 3 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014

278.—(1) The Appendices to Annex 3 are amended as follows.

(2) In Appendix 1, in point 2, Module 10 (aviation legislation) is amended as follows—

(a) in point 10.1—

(i) omit “Role of the European Commission”;

(ii) for “Role of EASA” substitute “Role of the CAA”;

(iii) for “Role of the Member States and National Aviation Authorities” substitute “Role of the Secretary of State”;

(b) in point 10.5, in point (a), for “EASA” substitute “CAA”.

(3) In Appendix 2, in point 1.13, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(4) In Appendix 3—
