Amendment of Annex 5a to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014

284.—(1) Annex 5a (Part-T) is amended as follows.

(2) In the introductory part of Annex 5a—

(a) in the list of contents—

(i) omit the entry for point T.1;

(ii) in the heading for Section B, for “competent authorities” substitute “the CAA”;

(iii) at the entry for point T.B.102, for “competent authority” substitute “The CAA”;

(b) omit the entry for point T.1.

(3) In Section A (technical requirements)—
