Amendment of Subpart A of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011U.K.
310.—(1) Subpart A (general requirements) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit point FCL.001.
(3) In point FCL.010, in the definition of “Night”, for the words from “the period” to the end substitute “the time from half an hour after sunset until half an hour before sunrise (both times inclusive), sunset and sunrise being determined at surface level”.
(4) In point FCL.015—
(a)in point (a)—
(i)for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(ii)for “[F1that] authority” substitute “the CAA”;
