Amendment of Annex 5 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011 U.K.

319.—(1) Annex 5 (Part-CC) is amended as follows.

(2) In Subpart GEN—

(a) Omit point CC.GEN.001;

(b) in point CC.GEN.015, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(c) in point CC.GEN.030, for “a competent authority” substitute “the CAA”.

(3) In Subpart CCA, and Subpart TRA point CC.TRA.215, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(4) In the Appendix to Part-CC, in point 1.2, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
