Amendment of Article 3 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 U.K.

341.—(1) Article 3 (oversight capabilities) is amended as follows.

(2) Omit paragraphs 1 and 2.

(3) In paragraph 3—

(a) for the words from the start to “has(ve)” substitute “The CAA must have”;

(b) for “their” substitute “its”.

(4) In paragraph 4, for the words from the start to “competent authority” substitute “The CAA must ensure that its”.

(5) In paragraph 5, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(6) Omit paragraph 6.
