Amendment of Article 6 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 U.K.

344.—(1) Article 6 (derogations) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 2, omit the words from “Any change” to the end.

[F1 (3) In paragraph 3, for the words from “the national law” to “resides” substitute “ in any relevant enactment ”.]

(4) Omit paragraph 4.

(5) In paragraph 4a—

(a) in point (b), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(b) in point (c), for “a Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”.

(6) Omit paragraph 5.

(7) In paragraph 6, for the words from “by Member States” to the end substitute “by the CAA”.
