Amendment of Subpart AOC of Annex 3 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 U.K.

360.—(1) Subpart AOC is amended as follows.

(2) In point ORO.AOC.100, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(3) In point ORO.AOC.110—

(a) in points (a), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(b) in point (b), for “subject to an operating ban” substitute “included on the United Kingdom safety list”;

(c) in point (c), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(d) in point (d)—

(i) for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(ii) in point (1), for “EU” substitute “United Kingdom”;

(iii) in point (3), omit “EU”;

(e) in points (e) and (f), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(4) In point ORO.AOC.115—

(a) in point (a)—

(ii) in point (2)—

(5) In point ORO.AOC.120—
