Amendment of Subpart SPO of Annex 3 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 U.K.

362.—(1) Subpart SPO is amended as follows.

(2) In point ORO.SPO.100(c)—

(a) for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(b) for “registered in the EU” substitute “registered in the United Kingdom”.

(3) In point ORO.SPO.110—

(a) in point (a)—

(i) for “competent authority of the operator” substitute “CAA”;

(ii) for “competent authority of the place where the operation is conducted” substitute “CAA”;

(b) in points (b) and (c), in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(4) In point ORO.SPO.115, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(5) In point ORO.SPO.120, in both places the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
