Amendment of Annex 6 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 U.K.

368.—(1) Annex 6 (Part-NCC) is amended as follows.

(2) In Subpart A (general requirements)—

(a) omit point NCC.GEN.100;

(b) in points NCC.GEN.106(f), NCC.GEN.145(e), and NCO.GEN.150(e), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(3) In Subpart B (operational procedures), in point NCC.OP.110(a)(2), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(4) In Subpart D (instruments, data and equipment), in points NCC.IDE.A.105(b) and NCC.IDE.H.105(b), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
