SCHEDULE 1 U.K. Amendment of the Air Navigation Order 2016

55.  In article 212 (licensing of aerodromes)— U.K.

(a) in paragraph (1)—

(i) omit “non-EASA”;

(ii) after “United Kingdom” insert “for which the operator is not required by the Aerodromes Regulation to hold an aerodrome certificate”;

(b) in paragraph (4), omit “EASA”.
