31.—(1) Commission Regulation (EU) No 384/2010 of 5 May 2010 on the authorisation and refusal of authorisation of certain health claims made on food and referring to the reduction of disease risk and to children's development and health is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 1—
(a)in the first sentence, for “European Union” substitute “ [F1Great Britain] ”;
(b)omit the second sentence.
(3) In Article 2, for the words from “shall not” to the end of that Article, substitute “ may not be made on foods on the [F1Great Britain] market ”.
(4) Omit Article 3.
