Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/236 of 10 February 2017 refusing to authorise a health claim made on foods and referring to the reduction of disease risk is amended as follows.

In Article 1, for the words from “shall not” to the end of that Article, substitute “may not be made on foods on the United Kingdom market”.
