for paragraph 5, substitute—

“5.

Where the notification and accompanying particulars referred to in paragraph 1(a) are not supplied within the period specified or are found to be incorrect, or where an application is not submitted as required by paragraph 2 within the period specified, the appropriate authority may prescribe that—

(a)

the additives concerned must be withdrawn from the market;

(b)

that, for a limited period of time, existing stocks of the product may remain, or continue to be placed, on the market.”;
