Citation and commencement U.K.

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Mortgage Credit (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.

(2) These Regulations come into force on exit day.

Interpretation U.K.

2.  In these Regulations “the 2015 Order” means the Mortgage Credit Directive Order 2015(1).
