Citation and commencement U.K.

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Uncertificated Securities (Amendment and EU Exit) Regulations 2019.

(2) Parts 1 to 4 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.

(3) Part 5 comes into force on exit day.
