6. In article 45 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001(1) (sending dematerialised instructions)—
(a)in paragraph (1), for “in respect of which an Operator is approved under the 2001 Regulations” substitute “within the meaning of the 2001 Regulations”;
(b)in paragraph (3)(b) omit ““Operator”,”.
