Consequential amendment to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) Regulations 2001 U.K.

8.  In the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) Regulations 2001 M1 , in Schedule 2, in the first column, for the entry commencing “A person approved” substitute—

“A person that is an Operator of a relevant system under the Uncertificated Securities Regulations 2001 M2 (within the meaning of those regulations)”.
