21. Regulation 46 applies as if—U.K.
(a)in paragraph (1), for “an EEA State”, each time it occurs, there were substituted “ Gibraltar ”;
(b)in paragraph (2), for words from “the EEA State” to the end, there were substituted “ Gibraltar ”.
