3. Regulation 4 M1 applies as if—U.K.
(a)in the heading, for “EEA insurers”, there were substituted “ Gibraltarian insurers ”;
(b)for “an EEA insurer” each time it occurs, there were substituted “ a Gibraltarian insurer ”.
